In spring, the apple trees of a small organic orchard in Surrey burst into blossom and the bees get to work. By autumn, the branches hang heavy with fruit, and this honey is what remains of that first, fleeting bloom.

Raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised, it is a single-source honey with full traceability from hive to jar. Light and gently floral, with a soft fruity sweetness, it tastes of the orchard itself.

Drizzle it over warm apple cake fresh from the oven, stir it into a hot toddy on a chilly evening, or spread it on thick toast by the window as the leaves turn gold outside.
