Some honeys are bright and floral. This one belongs to the darker, deeper side of the year.

Gathered from the oak forests of Spain, it pours slow and dark as polished wood, with rich notes of caramel, malt and a gentle whisper of smoke. It carries a certified TA15+ rating and is entirely organic, a rare and distinctive honey for those who love bold, complex flavour.

Drizzle it over a baked apple straight from the oven, stir it into a mug of spiced tea as the rain taps at the window, or serve it with blue cheese and walnuts on a candlelit autumn evening.
