There are mornings in late autumn when the frost lingers on the lawn and the whole house feels reluctant to wake. This is the jar you reach for.

Raw British spring honey from sustainable hives near Staffordshire is blended with natural ginger, extracted using traditional methods to keep its pure, unprocessed character. Sweet and golden, with a lively ginger warmth that glows long after the first spoonful, it is comfort and spark in equal measure.

Stir it into a mug of hot water with a slice of lemon, add it to a pot of tea as the rain comes down, or warm it into mulled drinks and spiced punches for autumn gatherings by the fire.
