Blackberry Bramble

Illustration of a blackberry gin and tonic with ice, lemon peel and a blackberry.

Blackberry sweetness, crisp tonic and a twist of lemon. A simple serving idea for a blackberry gin blend made at home with your own gin and William Fox blackberry syrup.

Make the bottled blend

Makes approximately 500ml.

  • 300ml gin, supplied by you
  • 200ml William Fox blackberry syrup
  1. Measure the gin and syrup into a jug and stir thoroughly until combined.
  2. Pour through a funnel into your clean, food-safe 500ml POMARIUM bottle, leaving sufficient room for the closure. Do not force in any mixture if the bottle is full.
  3. Seal and label with ingredients and the date made. Gently invert before serving if the mixture separates.

Keep fresh lemon out of the bottled blend; add it only when serving.
