Black Cherry Brandy

A black cherry blend made with William Fox syrup and your own brandy. Serve simply over ice, or pair with cranberry for The Crimson Hour.

Start with a taste-test

Mix 30ml brandy with 20ml William Fox black cherry syrup. Taste before making a full bottle. This is a starting ratio, not a tested formulation.

Make the bottled blend

Makes approximately 500ml, if the test ratio suits your taste.

  • 300ml brandy, supplied by you
  • 200ml William Fox black cherry syrup
  1. Measure the brandy and syrup into a jug and stir thoroughly.
  2. Pour through a funnel into your clean, food-safe 500ml POMARIUM bottle. Leave sufficient space for the closure; do not force in any remaining mixture if the bottle is full.
  3. Seal and label with the ingredients and date made. Gently invert before serving if the mixture separates.
